Database Usage Terms and Conditions
The electronic resources provided by the Iskenderun Technical University
Library and Documentation Department must be used in accordance with the
license agreements made with publishers and the Turkish Copyright Law
No. 5846.
Using electronic resources for commercial purposes, performing systematic
bulk downloading through automatic downloading programs, or sharing
database content or remote access credentials with individuals who are not
affiliated with Iskenderun Technical University constitute violations of
copyright regulations.
Such violations may result in the suspension of access to the relevant
resource for the entire university and may also impose legal liabilities
on the user.
