Note 1: According to Articles 1 and 2 of the Law on National Holidays and Public Holidays; National, official, and religious holidays, as well as New Year's Day, May 1st, and July 15th, are public holidays.
Note 2: Libraries operate according to the working hours applied at the University. The University Board of Directors may, if deemed necessary and within the limits of available resources, adjust working hours to allow after-hours service in designated sections of the libraries, excluding official and administrative holidays. Library staff are authorized to direct users to open sections or to escort them out at the designated closing time during designated hours and during periods when inventory counting, pest control, etc., activities are being carried out.
